Café Prost, Inc. knows good pretzels. We have perfected our recipe over years, producing a savory, soft and chewy pretzel dough. Using the dough as a starting point, we craft various gourmet pretzel toppings and dips to accompany the traditional Swabian classic.
We take the traditional pretzel and have fun with it by adding our favorite gourmet toppings. We are in America, after all! Who makes pretzels on a truck!!!?? We do!

Our Inspiration
One of our company's founders, Stephan Bayer, lived in Germany for 18 years, enjoying fresh baked pretzels on a weekly basis.
In Germany, fresh baked goods are available in bakeries across the country and the German people take great pride in the quality and freshness of their baked products. We strive to mimic that culture and share our love for this amazing bread with America.
In Germany, pretzels are enjoyed as a breakfast accompanied by a nice coffee and are also eaten as snacks anytime of the day.
